JIDE BALOGUN

Jide Balogun is the Managing Director of TaylorField Tech, a full IT solutions company that offers services including database design and programming, custom application development, and network analysis.

Jide started his entrepreneurial journey with Taylorfield Tech. Initially, Taylorfield Tech focused on bespoke management systems for schools. That has changed in recent times, as the company has grown to service clients from other industries such as Simgad Solar, Houston; Atlas Trailer, Calgary; Valor Health,Maryland.

Jide’s urge to impact lives and transfer knowledge birthed Taylorfield’s yearly technology workshop, which gives free training to public school students (Nigeria) in areas such as Programming, Web design & development, 3D modelling & printing, Graphic design etc. Jide is currently the Creative Director of the Tech Workshop.

Fawaz is the Chief Operating Officer at Torche. He is a visionary and dynamic strategist driven by his passion for technology. He is a natural outside-the-box thinker, with expertise in long-term planning, providing ingenious solutions, adeptly leading cross-functional teams, and spearheading the adoption of cutting-edge technological advancements. Fawaz boasts an extensive tech acumen, amassing nearly a decade of experience across diverse industries, including Fintech, EdTech, and Immersive Technologies (AR/VR). He complements his role as head of partnerships by tutoring our participants in design thinking, methodologies and processes during the workshop series.

Akinwole Akinpelu is the founder and CEO of Stampar3D Itd. a 3D Printing company that helps students individuals and business owners turn their design ideas intophysical prototypes

Akinwole also comuts for General Electrics CSR program The GE Lagos Garage is an Additive Manufacturing Specialist where he has trained hundreds of hardware entrepreneurs and inventors in Rapid Prototyping

Before devoting his time work to Rapid Prototyping Akinwole worked as a measurement scientist for one of the Best FMCG companies in the world-Unilever PLC Here, he was tasked with designing new measurement devices and protocols within the personal care space which resulted in 2 granted patents within the Hair Care Category

Outside of the professional space. Akinwole as a passionate supporter of Liverpool Football Club and loves to play squash whenever he can

Akenwole holds a Master’s of Science degree in Advanced Engineering Materials from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Engineering (HONS) degree in Material Science & Engineering from the University of London
